We collect less
You do not need to upload the intimate image to start a known-link case. Reclaim does not sell your personal data or use intimate media for ads or AI training.
Adults only
Reclaim is designed for users 18 and older and does not accept non-adult intimate-content cases.
Public-site analytics
On selected public marketing and informational pages, Reclaim uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits, navigation, heatmaps, and usability. Clarity is not loaded on Check, account, case, removal-intake, Creator Workspace, or operator screens. Reclaim does not intentionally send case details, creator names entered into private workflows, email addresses, evidence, intimate-image URLs, or form text to these analytics services. Advertising features are disabled, and Clarity is initialized with advertising and analytics storage denied unless a separate consent mechanism grants storage.
Creator Check
If you choose Creator Check, Reclaim may send the creator name you enter to an approved public search service. It does not need your creator password.
Payments
The payment company handles your card details. Reclaim keeps only the payment and case information it needs.
Security
Important case and staff actions may be logged so misuse can be found and reviewed.
Deletion
Case deletion follows Reclaim's deletion rules. Some records may need to be kept when the law requires it.
