If the case is outside our service
If we cannot provide the service you bought and work has not started, we will refund the fee.
After work starts
A site may say no. A site may not reply. Content may come back later. A refund depends on the work already done and your rights under the law.
Protect subscriptions
Canceling Protect stops future renewal. Current-period subscription fees are refundable only when required by law or when Reclaim confirms a billing error.
Billing mistakes
We refund confirmed duplicate charges and Reclaim billing errors.
