  2. Do not upload intimate originals to third-party services claiming to create StopNCII cases.
  3. When the site generates the case number and PIN, record both in a secure private location.
  4. Use those credentials to return to StopNCII and inspect the progress of the case.
  5. Understand that participating platforms decide whether matching content violates their own policies.
  6. If you need to withdraw a case, use StopNCII's official controls with the same credentials.
  7. Track original URLs and specific platform reports separately from the StopNCII case status.
  8. Never publish a case PIN in a public ticket, browser screenshot or search result.
